The Villa
OUTSIDE
The main terrace up at the house has a large 6 - 12 seater table for alfresco dining as well as comfy sofas and chill-out area. Views across the bay and a cool breeze make this a great spot for lunches and in the evening there is twinkly lighting to set the mood for the most picturesque of drinks and dinners.
Down a stone set of steps are several more terraces with sun loungers, a pool house, shaded loggia area and the pool which blends seamlessly into the sea beyond. It’s a 5 minute walk down through olive groves and cicadas to the beach below. Wind surfing, kite-surfing, and sailing lessons are all available within a 5 minute drive and there are lovely walks from the Villa down along the shoreline to the local shop, little tavernas, bakery and ice-cream stalls. GROUND FLOOR
Downstairs is comfortably furnished in cool colours with stone walls and stone flooring. There is a functional open plan kitchen with gas hob, cooker, large American fridge/freezer, air conditioning and washing machine plus everything you need to cater for up to 12 people. A comfortable sitting room with 3 large sofas, television, DVD, speakers and games cupboard sits adjacent to the kitchen and large dining area.
SUMMER KITCHEN - DOUBLE BEDROOM
On the ground floor is the first of the 4 en-suite bedrooms. In another life it was the summer kitchen and the coolest room in the house. It now has a lofty beamed ceiling with views out over the olive groves to the sea and a little patio out to the rear.
FOUR POSTER - DOUBLE BEDROOM
On the first floor are two large, breezy bedrooms with sea views from every window. The room at the front of the villa boasts spectacular views from its two window seats and over your toes out to sea from the four-poster bed.
THE BUNK ROOM - TWIN BEDROOM & BUNKS
The second bedroom on this floor is a generously sized room for either a couple in 2 single beds or up to 4 children in bunks and beds. There is also a cot available as well as most other necessities catering for small children.
TOP FLOOR - DOUBLE BEDROOM
On the top floor is a spacious bedroom spanning the width and length of the house. There is a super king bed in here with a day bed which can be turned into a double. The view from the bed looking over your toes stretches way over to Korcula and its a cool and airy room with lots of space.
